MHV provides free homoeopathic consultation and medicines from 8 AM to 11 AM. New patients are encouraged to arrive by 7 AM and register at the reception.

Medical emergencies: Please visit the nearest hospital or contact the appropriate emergency service without delay. MHV does not provide emergency medical care.

What are the clinic timings?

MHV provides free homoeopathy service from 8 AM to 11 AM. Patients are encouraged to arrive by 7 AM for an earlier place in the registration queue. The clinic is unavailable on January 11, 12, and 13 each year during Gurupooja.

How are new patients registered?

No appointment or ID is required. New patients should register at the reception, where a case number will be issued. Approximately 10 to 15 new patients may be accepted each morning, subject to the day’s capacity and generally on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive by 7 AM to improve the chance of registration.

What should I bring for my first visit?

Please bring your latest and previous investigation reports, previous prescriptions, and details of medicines you currently take. If the patient has a long-term condition, a short written history is helpful.

What should returning patients bring?

Returning patients should bring their existing case number or case card so the clinic can locate their previous consultation details.

Can I continue my current medicines?

Do not stop any ongoing medicines on your own. Please inform the physician about all medicines you currently take, and follow medical advice.

How are homoeopathic medicines given?

Medicines are provided based on the physician’s assessment. Dosage instructions, the next visit, follow-up, and any medicine-related guidance will be explained by the physician or the staff dispensing the medicines.

How can I get directions, and is parking available?

Use the Get Directions button on the homepage or this page to open the clinic location in Google Maps. There is no dedicated parking, and parking space in the area is limited. Visitors are advised to avoid bringing four-wheelers where possible.

MHV does not currently provide a telephone enquiry service. Please visit the clinic in the morning and speak with the reception or clinic staff for guidance.

When is Master Netra Vaidyalayam available?

The eye clinic service is usually available every Sunday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Please visit MHV on Saturday morning during regular clinic hours and enroll your name for Sunday.
