Life of Service

Introduction

Sri Kompella Satyanarayana Sastry was born on 7 April 1936 at Vemavaram in East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. He joined Indian Railways and retired as a Senior Accounts Officer, South Eastern Railway, Visakhapatnam, in October 1994.

Though professionally associated with the Railways, his deeper life’s work unfolded through homoeopathy, spiritual service, social upliftment and the guidance of seekers and patients.

Guru & Guidance

Path Under Master E.K.

Dr. Sastry moved to Visakhapatnam with Indian Railways in 1963. Around that time, when his son fell ill, he approached Sri Kulapathi Ekkirala Krishnamacharya, known as Master E.K., for treatment.

Through repeated interactions, he was deeply influenced by Master E.K.'s service and contribution to society. In 1965, he was initiated into the path of service and ancient wisdom, and thereafter followed the path shown by the Master.

He firmly believed that successful treatment of a patient was enabled by the blessings of his Guru, Master E.K.
