Master Homoeo Vaidyalayam conducts regular medical, spiritual and community service activities.
Free homoeopathic consultation and medicine distribution are offered every morning as a continuation of Master E.K.'s vision of service. Patients are received with care, case details are taken, and medicines are dispensed through the clinic.

The Sunday eye clinic supports people with regular eye examination, advice and help with spectacles where needed. Patients requiring surgery or further diagnosis are guided to appropriate medical care.

Nitya Pooja is conducted every day with Master C.V.V. Prayer, Lakshminarayana Pooja and Abhishekam. These daily observances preserve the devotional atmosphere of the centre and support the service work carried out at MHV.

Narayana Seva brings service and participation together through regular food service and distribution of clothing to the poor and needy.

Annadanam: Every week, food packets are prepared at the dispensary premises, packed in aluminium foils and distributed by volunteers to around 200 street dwellers and differently abled persons. On every Saturday and Sunday, around 100 poor people are also served full meals at the dispensary premises, including rice, dal, curry, sambar, buttermilk, pulihora and sweet.
Vastradanam: Vastradanam is conducted three times a year: on Master E.K. Vardhanthi, Guru Poornima and the day after Vijayadasami. Sarees with blouse pieces are distributed to ladies, and cotton panchas with banyans are distributed to gentlemen. Around 200 to 250 poor and needy people benefit on each occasion. Blankets are also distributed during winter to people sleeping on roadside pavements.
Every Friday, Samuhika Sri Lalitha Sahasra Nama Parayanam and Pooja are conducted from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Around 80 to 90 suvasinis and gentlemen participate in the parayanam, followed by prasadam. This devotional practice has continued at MHV for more than 20 years.

On the eve of Maha Sivaratri and Karthika Poornima, Akhanda Rudrabhishekam is conducted continuously for 24 hours. About 500 devotees participate on each occasion, receive the blessings of Lord Shiva and are served prasadam.

Seetharama Kalyanam is conducted every year on Navami Tithi, the day of Sri Rama Navami, in a traditional manner. About 500 devotees participate with devotion, and the programme concludes with annaprasadam for all. This event has been conducted for the last 25 years.

Every year, on the second Friday before Poornima in Sravana Masam, Varalakshmi Vratam is performed by about 80 suvasinis. The Ladies Group of Master Homoeo Vaidyalayam arranges the pooja materials as per Vratha Kalpa, with a purohit guiding the worship. New sarees with blouses are offered to Goddess Varalakshmi Devi and later presented to suvasinis as prasadam, followed by Vedic asseervachanam from a Vedic Pandit. This programme has been conducted for the last 13 years.
